Ollie's 1 month birthday

To celebrate Mick and I took Ollie to his Granny and Popop's house and then we went and had brunch... alone. My dad hadn't seen him in 2 weeks and Mick and I needed a few hours to be alone together. It was nice and I only called 3 times in 3 hours. We then all had cake and the grandparents gave Ollie a bath while Mick and I ate more cake.

I must say when we got back to my parents house, the first thing I wanted to do was hold my little precious. So I think I'll commemorate his 1 month by listing a few things that I adore about Oliver Allen Silver.

***********************************WARNING************************************
This is corny
**********************************************************************************

All the little noises he makes—the squeals when he stretches, the soft sighs when he is satisfied, the burps and sharts...

The look he has when he is not sure whether to cry or not and the look he has when he has to poop (these are very different)

The way he puts his little arm around my waste when he is nursing—it's like a hug

His chubby thighs

His ear hair

His toes, when you look from the bottom they look like little peas.

His huge blue eyes that scan everything around him with amazement.

His nose that looks just like his daddy's

The way he randomly yelps, smiles and then goes back to sleep

And OF COURSE, his smell
