Ollie's grandparent's came over. His grandpa and daddy went to get a Christmas tree on Christmas eve, but everything was closed. Luckily they found one tree left at a fire station way out in Potomac. The tree hadn't been sold because it was too big. One should be aware that Potomac is home to houses that are beyond MEGA mansions. The are UBER mansions. Like 20,000 square feet. No joke. So for a tree not to be sold in that area because it is TOO BIG—well, somehow we fit in the door. And then we had a good laugh.
Christmas day was spent in pajamas. Ollie gave mommy and daddy the present of sleep. He snoozed from 7 to 7. We hope it continues. All in all we all felt really lucky to have each other and to have such a wonderful baby boy to cuddle. Ollie was happy to play with the wrapping paper.
