Emotions

Ollie has begun naming emotions recently. He says "I'm happy" or "Dada happy." when he sees a picture of someone smiling he does the same thing. He's also said "I'm crying" a few times when he is crying, and I wonder if he isn't fake crying and testing it out on occasion. Tonight Ollie did not want to go to bed, there was rain to watch, blocks to put away and of course more books to read. So I scoped him up and plopped him in bed. He let out a wail and then said, softly, "I'm angry." I so wanted to chuckle from the cuteness, but I just said "I know you're angry, but you are also tired."
